Meditation

Chose a comfortable place, where you can sit quiet and alone, where you can be undisturbed. You can also put on some music that you enjoy, something smooth and relaxing, to be in the background if you like.

Try to quiet your mind and focus on the breathing, feel how the lungs fills up when you breath in, and how they empty when you exhale. Feel the calmness around you, stay and relax in the moment, trying to let go of thoughts that comes up, just let them go away.

Feel how good this moment feels, how good you feel in your body, with your own company. Feel how good it feels to press the "off-button" in life, how good it is to take time out from thinking for a moment. Feel how your body re-charges with new, positive energy and how the tension goes away.

Ten, fifteen minutes per day is ok, even more if you like. This is the perfect moment for some you-time, to reflect and revitalize, to get a more clear and quiet mind. Cause when you quiet your mind you stop thought, when you stop thought you stop resistant thought, which is what builds up tension and illness in our bodies.

Tap yourself on the shoulder as you finish, well done, when you feel good, you will be more nice to be around.
