Feeling good!


Today I feel great, you know when it feels like the whole world is yours, this good feeling of butterflies in your stomach, and for no particular reason it is. When you wake up, feeling refreshed and vital, full of energy and happiness. This is the feeling we should try to reach for more, because this is who we really are, at our best, in harmony with mind and soul.

This is when we make the best decisions, from a feeling of total harmony and clarity, and the results will come out great, and we will not regret anything, as we normally do when decisions are made under stress and negative emotions.

Feeling this good, will make your smile more genuine, the cells of your body more in harmony, as tension (resistance) releases, we get more healthy, vibrating with positive energy, wanting to do new things and with a feeling of unlimitedness. When the mind is in harmony, the body follows.
This is mental fitness at it´s best.

If we could train ourselves, little by little, to always reach for the best feeling we can under all conditions, things would feel easier, we would attract different circumstances and events, and we wouldn´t have to struggle like we are used to. The attitude is everything, if we think something is going to be difficult, it certainly will, if we "let go", and let things that normally feels difficult, to just flow, they will feel smoother and smoother. Life is supposed to feel good.

Keep up with the good feeling you have now, memorize how good it feels, how good you look and feel today, how many nice people you have met today, and how the ones who "normally" are innoying to you, didn´t come to work today, or had a day off, or just were really nice for a change. Tap yourself on your shoulder and say to yourself, I did a good work with myself today, I felt great, and I promise myself I will do this more and more.
